In a Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) church, the clerk is a vital role focused on maintaining church records, managing membership data, and assisting with administrative tasks. They act as a secretary for the church board and business meetings, ensure accurate records are kept, and help with various church publications and activities.

Senior Kwadwo Boakye-Dankwa
Senior Kwadwo Boakye-Dankwa joined the church in 2002 when the church building was dedicated. Currently, he is the Head Church Clerk/Secretary.
The Clerical staff is responsible for recording and maintaining church activities, writing official letters, preparing meeting minutes and keeping church records. Over the years he has held leadership positions in Education, Religious Liberty and Clerical departments. He is married with three wonderful children.
He has great passion for helping others and continues to offer valuable information and advice to church members on various aspects that affect their daily lives. As a devoted senior member he coordinates events such as Ghana Independence Day, Education Day, Senior Citizen’s Day and annual NAGSDA camp meetings.
Senior Dankwa has also served many years as the Executive Director of Sonlight Community Services which organizes after school and Summer school programs for church and non-church members.
